Svermo.ai ("Svermo," "we," "us," or "our") is a real estate AI platform for residential property operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use svermo.ai, our AI products, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Account Information Name, company name, email address, phone number, billing address, and login credentials when you create an account or request a demo.

Property and Operations Data Property listings, unit details, tenant and applicant information, lease data, maintenance records, and other residential property data that you or your organization input into the Platform or that flows in through connected property management (PM) systems.

Integration Data When you connect a third-party property management system, CRM, or other tool to Svermo, we receive the data you authorize that system to share, such as property records, tenant communications, and workflow data, in order to power the relevant AI product.

Payment Information Billing details and transaction history. Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. Svermo does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

Usage and Log Data IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, features used, and timestamps, collected automatically when you use the Platform.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its AI products
• Process transactions and manage billing
• Sync and process data from connected PM systems and integrations
• Train, tune, and improve the accuracy of our AI models and features (using data in accordance with your account and integration settings)
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
• Monitor usage, detect fraud, and maintain platform security
• Comply with legal obligations

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: hosting, analytics, customer support, and payment processing vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Third-party integrations: PM systems, CRMs, or other tools you choose to connect. Data shared with these third parties is subject to their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
• Payment processors: to complete transactions securely. Svermo relies on PCI-compliant processors for handling card data.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Svermo, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users where required.

Third-Party Integrations

Svermo is built to connect with property management systems and other real estate software. When you authorize an integration, you are directing that third-party system to share data with Svermo, and directing Svermo to share relevant data back to that system, solely to deliver the connected functionality. Review the privacy practices of any third-party system before connecting it. Svermo is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party platforms.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect account, property, tenant, and payment information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored on the Platform.

Cookies and Tracking

Svermo uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect device, browser, and usage information. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some Platform features may not function correctly without them.

Data Retention

We retain account, property, and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 8, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements (for example, financial records).

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
